1. All bird-proofing netting supplied and installed by One Stop Services is guaranteed for a period of ten years from the date of installation.

2. Solar panel bird-proofing installations are guaranteed for a period of ten years from the date of installation.

3. Bird-proofing spikes are not covered by a guarantee due to the nature of the installation process, which involves the use of silicone adhesive.

4. Should any bird-proofing spikes become detached, One Stop Services will carry out one return visit to reattach the affected spikes at no additional cost to the client.

5. This obligation is strictly limited to one call-out per installation. Any further remedial work will be chargeable at the prevailing rates.
